The School of Accountancy is situated at the Gardens Point Campus and also teaches into core units at the Caboolture campus. The School offers undergraduate and postgraduate accountancy programs and employs sessional academic staff to supplement the expertise of full time teaching staff in these programs.
There are opportunities available on a sessional basis for qualified personnel to undertake lectures and tutorials (day and/or evening) and to assist with marking, writing materials, and other related tasks. The School is now seeking expressions of interest for these positions from highly qualified applicants with experience in the following fields: accounting-financial, management and company accounting, auditing, taxation, business law, company law, governance, electronic business, financial planning, superannuation and nonprofit studies. In particular, expressions of interest from individuals with postgraduate qualifications are sought.
Requirements:
Persons with a degree in the relevant field and prior teaching experience are invited to submit a curriculum vitae with covering letter outlining the areas that you would be interested in teaching.
