FEJS Macedonia has one free place for EVS volunteer from EU country starting from January 2010 for project 2008-SI-93.
The project include activities
" He/she will work on updating and bringing new contents of FEJS Macedonia web page www.mladiinfo. com . Mladi Info is an informative web portal, an enthusisatic attempt to group in one place all studying possibilities, scholarships, grants, trainings and conferences, various calls, working and internship opportunities available for the young people in Europe.
www.mladiinfo. com has been selected as one of the top five web portals in the world in the ‘Education For All’ category at the World Summit Youth Award.
Mladi Info has won this award competing against 622 web portals coming from 101
countries in the world. The winner selection was a three-round process done by an international expert jury comprising twenty world renowned experts in this field.
Mladi Info will officially receive its award at the UN Global Forum for Information and Communications Technologies and Development taking place in Monterrey, Mexico in September, 2009.
" He/she will coordinate some of the European/regional projects implemented by the two networks FEJS Macedonia is part of, FEJS (www.fejs.org ) and European
Youth Press (www.youthpress.org).
" He/she will be involved in the implementation of the forthcoming FEJS Macedonia projects.
" He/she will be provided with the opportunity from the very beginning to initiate his/her own project/activity which will be supported by FEJS Macedonia who will help for securing the necessary funds.
As Macedonia is still in pilot phase for EVS and the procedure for applying for grant is lasting too long because of that the sending organization of the volunteer who is interested to come in Macedonia should apply up to SEP 1 deadline in order to obtain grant from their NA for their volunteer.
