Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur invites applications for Six-Semester, Three-Year Full-Time residential LL.B. Programme leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Law with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights with the requirements of the Bar Council of India.
Programme
Curricula of the Programme has been prepared based on the requirements of the Bar council of India. In addition several specialised courses in law and Intellectual Property Rights are offered
Eligibility
First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent.
OR
First Class Masters Degree in Science or Pharmacy.
OR
First Class MBA Degree with any of the above
Admission Procedure
Admission will be a two-step process:
• All India written test for entrance to be conducted at Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. The institute reserves the right to cancel/reallocate any of the centres in case of insufficient number of qualifying candidates at a particular centre.
• From the list of qualified candidates from the entrance test, the final selection of candidates will be made on the basis of GD/PI at Kharagpur and other centers as may be decided by the Institute from time to time.
• Fees: Rs. 50,000/semester is the tuition fee.

The Application Form must accompany a draft of Rs.1000/- for General Category or Rs.500/- for SC/ST/PH Category drawn in favour of "IIT Kharagpur " payable at Kharagpur and may be sent to the Deputy Registrar (Academic), IIT Kharagpur, Pin 721302.
